Mehta Properties

Working out of Tonk Road in the Kailashpuri area keeps us pretty busy. Our office is right across from Sanghi Farm, which is a nice bit of greenery to look at when things get slow. The road itself is a major one, so there’s always a flow of cars and bikes going past our door. We’ve been here at Mehta Properties for a good while, and most people in the local area recognize the shop. It’s a modest place with just enough room for us and a couple of visitors. We don’t have any of those modern office features you see in the big city towers. It’s more of a traditional setup with a lot of physical folders and a landline that rings more than it should. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard, so we usually keep the blinds pulled halfway down. It’s a quiet enough existence, mostly spent checking through listings and writing things down in our ledgers. We aren't big on technology, though we use it when we have to. Most of our work is just talking to neighbors and people who are interested in the land around here. Sanghi Farm is the best landmark we have, so we always tell people to look for that. It’s a simple life, and we like being in this part of town. We just keep things ticking along one day at a time without any big corporate plans.
