Mehrotra Dry Fruits

Our shop is at Plot No. O-45/38 in Malviya Nagar. If you know the bus stand, we are right near there. It makes it easy for people to find us when they are getting off the bus or waiting for a ride. We sell all kinds of dry fruits like almonds, cashews, and raisins. My family has been doing this for a long time. The shop smells like roasted nuts and spices most of the time. We get our stock in large sacks and then we spend the morning sorting through them. It’s important to make sure everything looks alright before it goes into the glass jars on the shelves. People come in for a small bag of snacks or for large boxes when there’s a wedding or a festival coming up. We don't have a website or any of that, we just talk to the customers who walk through the door. Sometimes it gets crowded in the afternoons, especially when the buses arrive. We try to keep the counters clean, but there’s always a bit of dust when you’re dealing with bulk goods. We stay open pretty late because Malviya Nagar stays busy well into the night. It’s a simple business. We buy the best we can find and sell it at a fair price to our neighbors. If you need something for your kitchen or a gift for someone, you can just stop by and see us.
