We are Cotfab (india) Pvt. Ltd. and our place is at G-106 (D) in the RICO Industrial Area. It’s a pretty standard industrial plot, nothing too flashy. We have been here for a good number of years. The area has changed a lot since we first started, with more buildings and more traffic on the roads. Inside our unit, it is mostly just the machines and the stacks of fabric we are working on. We don't have any big offices with glass walls or anything. It’s a working shop through and through. The noise is constant during the day, but you get used to it after a while. We have a small team of workers and most of them have been with us for a long time. We don't really have a boss who sits in a separate room; we are all out there together. We handle the orders as they come in and try to stay on top of things. Sometimes the summer heat makes it hard to stay focused, but we manage. We aren't into fancy slogans or trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do the work and hope it's enough to keep things going. Most people who know us just call us up or stop by the gate. It’s a practical way to run a business and it keeps our lives simple. We just stay at G-106 and do what we know how to do.
