Mansa Properties

Our office is located at 23 Sirsi Road, right by Bindayaka Mode. If you know where Maharshi Engineering College is, then you’ve basically found us. Mansa Properties isn't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us trying to help people out with their property needs. Sirsi Road can get a bit dusty with all the traffic, but we like the spot. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at different sites around the area. It’s not always glamorous work, and some days are a lot longer than others. We don’t have a sleek lobby with coffee machines and fancy chairs. We usually just sit around the main desk and talk through what needs to happen next. It feels more honest that way. People around Bindayaka Mode know us as the ones who stay late to finish up the files. We try to be straightforward. If something isn't going to work, we'll tell you. No point in wasting anyone's time. Sometimes we might forget to update the sign outside, but the work inside gets done. That’s what matters most to us at the end of the day. It’s a decent living and we get to meet a lot of interesting folks from the college and the surrounding neighborhoods. We aren't here to be flashy, just to get the job done right for our neighbors.
