Manohar Art Printers is located at E-5 in the Malviya Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means it sounds like work all day long. You can hear machines humming and trucks moving in the distance. We’ve been at E-5 for a long time. The space is large enough for all our equipment, which is good because things can get loud when everything is running. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren’t used to the industrial layout, but once you find us, it’s pretty simple. The walls are stained with a bit of ink here and there, but that’s expected in our line of work. We don’t really worry about the aesthetics of the building as much as we worry about the machines working right. There are three of us who handle most of the daily operations. We start early before the sun gets too hot, especially in the summer when the tin roof makes things warm inside. We take a long break in the middle of the day to eat lunch together in the back room. It’s a tight-knit group here. We don’t use any corporate jargon or have fancy meetings. We just look at the schedule and get the printing done. Most of our neighbors in Malviya Industrial Area do similar work, so we all understand the hustle. It’s just a honest day’s labor. We keep it real and simple here and that's all there is to it.
