We have been over here at E-642 in the Lal Kothi Scheme for a while now. Jaipur is a busy place, and this area is no different. Maniam Properties is just us working out of this spot, dealing with the local property market day in and day out. It gets pretty hot in the summers, so we spend a lot of time inside the office keeping things moving. We are not a big flashy firm with a lot of noise. It is mostly just handling paperwork and talking to people who come by looking for advice on houses or land around here. Lal Kothi is a central enough spot, which makes it easier for people to find us. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We try to keep things straightforward. There is not much to say other than we show up, do the work, and head home. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space to get things done. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting neighbors. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. If you are walking around this part of Jaipur, you have probably passed our door. We just focus on what is in front of us. It is a quiet way to run a business, but it works for us.
