Mangal Property Dealer is located on Jhotwara Khatipura Road. We are quite close to Virandawan Colony, so that’s usually how people find us. It’s a dusty road sometimes but there is a lot of building going on around here lately. We have a small office where we keep all the maps and papers for the plots around Jhotwara. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others sitting around, waiting for the phone to ring or for someone to ride up on their bike. We don’t do much advertising because most people just know us from being in the area for so long. Khatipura Road has changed quite a bit since we first started, with more shops popping up every year. We handle a bit of everything, whether it's a small piece of land or a house near the colony. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is nice to talk to the neighbors. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just our physical shop.
