Man Bhawan Properties & Tolet is situated at G/A/4 on Ajmer Road, right in Kamla Nehru Nagar. We are very close to the Bhankrota Puliya, which is the main way we tell people how to find us. The office is just a simple room where we keep our files and meet with folks looking for a place to rent or buy. Ajmer Road is always busy, and there is a lot of dust from the road that finds its way inside. We spend a good part of the morning just tidying up and getting ready for the day. Kamla Nehru Nagar is a decent area with a lot of different people living and working here. We handle both property sales and "to let" services, which keeps us pretty busy. We do not have any big mission statements or glossy photos on the walls. It is mostly just maps of the local area and some handwritten notes about available rooms or shops. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We are just local people trying to help other local people find what they need. If you are near Bhankrota Puliya, you can just walk over and see what we have on the books. We do not use any fancy sales tricks, just plain talk about what is available and how much it costs. It is a basic setup, but it works for us and our neighbors.
