We are based out of the 'Kalptaru' building over in Malviya Nagar, right across from the Sector-5 community hall. It’s a decent spot on Girdhar Marg where we handle everything related to elevators. Easy Elevator (India) Pvt. Ltd. is basically a bunch of us who know our way around cables, motors, and control panels. Our office is usually full of technical drawings and spare parts that we keep on hand. It isn’t the quietest place because there’s always someone testing a component or talking to a technician on the phone about a repair. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, but the Malviya Nagar office is where we gather to plan things out. The community hall across the road is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We aren’t really interested in being some big corporate entity; we just focus on making sure the lifts we look after keep moving like they should. It can be greasy work when you're dealing with all those mechanical bits, so we usually have a few rags lying around. We just show up every morning, check the schedule, and get to work on whatever needs fixing or installing. It’s a solid routine that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much fuss. We often share a few laughs over lunch before heading back to the toolboxes and parts.
