We spend a lot of time chatting with people who are looking for a place to stay or invest. It’s not always easy, especially when the paperwork gets complicated or regulations change. We just take it one step at a time. The team here is pretty small, so we all know each other's business. Girdhar Marg is a busy street, so there’s always noise from outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we're just showing people what's available for housing and development. Most days involve a lot of driving back and forth between the office and various sites. It’s a lot of legwork. When we’re back at the office, we’re usually just trying to catch up on emails and make sure the next day’s schedule is set. It gets hectic but we manage.
