Malhotra & Associates

Malhotra & Associates is situated at Bapu Nagar, on Nand Kishore Pareek Marg, specifically at C-86 B. The street is usually pretty lively, and we are part of that local community. Our office is a functional space, nothing more and nothing less. We have our desks, our computers, and a heavy-duty printer that gets a lot of use every single day. We don't have a lot of wall decorations, just some maps of the city and maybe a few notes pinned up for reminders. The team here has been working together for a while, so we have a rhythm that works for us. We handle a variety of associate tasks, which means our days are rarely the same. One day we might be buried in paperwork, and the next we are out meeting people or checking on something. We don't talk much about things like innovation or excellence; we just focus on doing what needs to be done. The office feels like a home away from home, with personal mugs in the small kitchen and a stack of newspapers in the corner. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door, whether they have a quick question or a bigger project. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures. We have our routine and we stick to it as best as we can every day.
