We are Mahindra World City Jaipur Ltd-Sez Developer. Even though the name talks about Jaipur, we actually work out of an office at G-1267 in C R Park, New Delhi-19. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, and we’ve been here at this address for a good bit now. Most people know C R Park for the markets, but we’re just in a regular building doing our development work. We handle a lot of the planning and the paperwork that goes into building large spaces. It involves a lot of back and forth with different offices. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's mostly just a handful of us sitting at desks, looking at blueprints and talking on the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the documents we have to keep track of. It's not a flashy setup. We just need a place to sit and work, and this spot in New Delhi suits us fine. We spend our days coordinating projects that are miles away, but this is the hub for us. It’s a lot of long hours and checking details over and over. You won't find any corporate slogans on our walls. We just try to get the developments moving along without too much fuss. It's a straightforward job that keeps us busy from morning until evening here in the city. We stay late most nights just to keep up with everything. It’s just the way we’ve always done it here in New Delhi.
