Maheswari & Properties is situated at number 70 in Shyam Nagar, which is part of the Vivek Vihar area. We have been running things from this address for a good while. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, and our office is just a regular part of the street. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down with people and talk about houses and land. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out visiting sites in Vivek Vihar. We know these streets very well by now. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who handle everything from the first phone call to the final paperwork. Sometimes things move slowly, especially with the legal side of property, but we just keep at it. We don't use any marketing tricks or polished speeches. We just tell people what we know about the local market. Being in Shyam Nagar for so long means we’ve seen the area grow and change. We are just local folks doing a job we know how to do. If you’re in the area and need to talk about a property, you can usually find one of us at the office. We just try to keep things moving and stay honest with the people who come to see us. It’s a straightforward way to work and we plan to stay right here.
