Maheshwari Properties

Maheshwari Properties is located at B 78 Moti Dungri Road in Anandpuri, right across from Naila House. It is a very specific part of the city with a lot of history. Our office is easy to spot if you are looking for it, but it’s not a fancy place. We’ve got our desks and our maps, and that’s about it. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time, dealing with the houses and shops in the Anandpuri area. Being opposite Naila House means people use it as a landmark to find us. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the location. Most of the time, we are just chatting with people about what they need or showing them a nearby place. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s just a few of us who know the Moti Dungri Road area inside out. We’ve seen businesses come and go, but we’ve stayed here. It’s a steady job, and we enjoy meeting the different people who come through. Sometimes the paperwork is a bit of a mess, but we get through it. We aren't here to make a big splash; we just want to do our work and help the locals with their property needs. There is always something to do, even on the quiet days. We just keep the door open and wait to see who comes in. Helping someone find a new shop or home is just what we do every day.
