Mahata Gandhi Hospital

This is Mahata Gandhi Hospital. We are situated within the Mahatma Gandhi Medical College area over in Sitapura. It’s a big campus, so there’s always students and staff walking around in their white coats. Being part of the medical college grounds means we are right in the middle of everything. It can be a bit confusing to navigate the campus if you haven't been here before, as there are many different buildings. We just go about our business every day. The hospital building has been here for a while now. It’s got that old-school feel to it, with long hallways and high ceilings in some parts. We see all sorts of cases coming through the doors from all over the region. The location in Sitapura is a bit out of the way for some, but it’s a major spot for medical help in this area. We don't have any flashy signs or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place where doctors and nurses do their thing. The parking area is usually full of bikes and cars from the college folks and visitors. It gets noisy when classes let out and people head for lunch. We try to keep the hospital side of things as calm as possible for the patients. It's a lot of walking back and forth between the different wings throughout the day. We're just here doing the work that needs doing. It's a busy life but we are used to it.
