You’ll find us at 15 Pratap Nagar in the Khati Pura area. Maharaja India Realstate Llp is the name we use for the business. It’s a straightforward little office in a residential part of town. We aren't in a big commercial tower or anything like that. It’s just a ground-floor space where we keep our files and meet with people who need help. Khati Pura is a busy neighborhood, and we’ve seen a lot of new houses go up around here lately. We spend a lot of our time out on the street, looking at properties or meeting people at their gates. When we are in the office, we are usually catching up on messages or trying to organize our notes for the next day. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes because we have a lot of maps and old records lying around. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. If we are busy, you might have to wait a minute on the bench outside. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people in Pratap Nagar. Most of our day is spent talking to folks about what they are looking for and what they can actually afford. We don't use flashy brochures or anything. We just tell it like it is.
