M R Traders

We have been over here in Nirman Nagar for a while now. The shop is at number 230 in Padmavati B Colony, right on Kings Road. Most days start pretty early when the shutters go up. It gets dusty sometimes with the traffic passing by, but that is just how it is around here. We spend a lot of time organizing things on the shelves and checking the lists. It is not a huge place, but we make it work. Sometimes the phone rings all morning and other times it is just quiet enough to hear the fan buzzing. People drop in from the neighborhood to ask about things or just to see what is new in the stacks. We have stacks of stuff everywhere. It is a bit of a mess if you don't know where to look, but we know exactly where everything sits. The chai guy comes around twice a day and that is usually when we take a second to breathe. Working on Kings Road means there is always something happening outside the door. We just keep doing what we do. It isn't fancy, just a regular spot where we handle our business. Some days are long, especially when the deliveries show up all at once and we have to clear space on the floor. We just push things around until it fits. That is how it goes at M R Traders.
