Our office for Anukampa Homes Pvt. Ltd. is right at Plot No. 401 in Anukampa Mansion-II. It’s a building we’ve been in for quite some time now. We handle a lot of the paperwork and planning for housing projects from this spot. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms with desks and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corners. You can usually find a few of us sitting around the main table talking about a site or trying to figure out a schedule. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, though it gets a bit hectic when a deadline is coming up. We don't really go for the polished look. The carpet is a bit worn in places and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We know our way around the local regulations and how things get built in this town. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with contractors. We don't use much fancy software, just the basics to keep things moving. People stop by sometimes just to ask a question about a property, and we try to help out as best as we can. We’ve been part of the community here for years. It’s just us doing our jobs and trying to make sure the houses we work on actually get finished as they should. It is a decent way to spend the day.
