This is Luxture Surface Coatings. We are located right behind Mayo College in Ganesh Nagar, Ajmer. Manoj Bhati is the one usually looking after things here. Our spot is a bit tucked away but it works for us. We do surface coatings, which mostly means we deal with a lot of chemicals and paint mixtures. It’s messy work. Being in Rajasthan, you have to deal with the heat and the dust, which affects how the coatings dry sometimes. We just have to be careful with the timing. The staff here has been around for a long time. We aren't a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a workshop where we get things finished. If you walk past, you’ll probably see us moving crates or checking on batches of product. We started this because we knew how to handle these materials. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a lot of meetings; we just get to the work as soon as we arrive in the morning. Sometimes the phone rings too much and we can't answer it right away because our hands are full. That’s life here. We try to be fair with everyone who comes through the door. Ganesh Nagar is a quiet enough place to work from. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We hope to stay here for a while yet.
