Luhach Motor Parts

If you go down to the Renwal Bus Stand, you will find us there. It is a very busy spot because of all the buses coming and going at all hours. We deal with motor parts, so the shop usually has that smell of rubber and metal that you'd expect. There are boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling because we try to keep a bit of everything on hand for different vehicles. When a driver has a breakdown near the stand, they usually wander over to see if we have the specific bolt or belt they need to get back on the road. It gets greasy and messy sometimes, especially when we are helping someone identify a part from an old engine. We have been at this location for years, and the walls show the age a bit. There is a small bench out front where people sometimes sit and wait while we dig through the back for a part. The traffic around the bus stand is always loud, so we end up shouting to be heard over the engines. We don't have a computer system that tracks everything perfectly, so a lot of it is just knowing where we put things on the shelves over time. It’s a simple life, selling parts and talking to the drivers and mechanics who pass through Renwal every day. We open early because the buses start early. That’s just how it works here.
