Lotus Prime Estates

Lotus Prime Estates is located right in the heart of Malviya Nagar. We don't have a complicated address because everyone knows this area so well. Malviya Nagar is a maze of narrow streets, busy markets, and hidden residential blocks, and we spend our whole day navigating them. Our office is a simple place where we keep track of what’s available for rent or sale in the neighborhood. It is usually quite busy here with people coming in to ask about prices or just to see what’s new on the market. We don't use any fancy sales pitches. We just show people what is available and let them decide for themselves. The best part of being here is the local community. We know the shopkeepers and the people who have lived here for decades. This helps us find out about places before they even go on the general market. We handle a lot of the boring stuff like verifying documents and making sure the rent agreements are correct. It’s not glamorous, but it is important. Some days we are running around from one block to another in the heat, and other days we’re just sitting under the fan catching up on our notes. We are just a small group of people who know Malviya Nagar inside out and try to help others find a spot they can call home in this busy part of the city.
