Lohiya Properties

We are located at 25/26 Hawa Sarak Main Road, right across from the Chambal Power House. It’s a landmark that most people in the area recognize. Lohiya Properties is basically a small team of us working out of this office. The main road is always noisy with traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We focus on property around this side of the city. We have a lot of files on different lands and houses. Usually, the desk is covered in maps and scribbled notes from phone calls. We aren't big on formal stuff. Most of our meetings happen over a cup of tea while looking at some photos of a site. We spend a lot of time out of the office, checking on things or meeting people at their locations. The power house across the street is a good guide for anyone trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. The building is a bit older, but it serves our purposes just fine. We have a couple of computers but most of the real work happens through conversations. We don't have any big marketing slogans or anything. We just tell people what we know about the market and let them decide. It’s a practical way to run things. We like being right on the main road where we can see everything that is going on.
