We are over on Heera Path in Mansarovar, right at 55/37. If you’ve been around Jaipur for a bit, you know this part of town gets a lot of foot traffic. Lead Manpower Services is basically just a few of us working out of this office trying to help people find work. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork, to be honest. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing and other days it’s a bit slower. We’ve got desks pushed up against the walls and a lot of folders stacked up. It’s not a shiny corporate building with glass walls. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and talk to people. We’ve been in Jaipur for some time now and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit. Mansarovar has grown so much lately. We just try to stay on top of things as best as we can. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the filing, but the important stuff gets done. We aren’t a giant firm with hundreds of employees, just a local team doing the legwork. People come in looking for jobs and we see what we can find for them. It’s pretty straightforward. We drink a lot of tea while we work and there’s usually some noise from the street coming through the windows. That’s just how it is here on Heera Path. We aren't doing anything fancy, just working through the daily tasks.
