Landscape Services

Landscape Services is based over on Sirsi Road in Panchawala. Our physical address is Naval Vihar 47/48. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the other side of town, but we like it out here. The office is often a bit dusty because we are always coming and going from different sites. There are usually samples of stone or sketches of garden layouts scattered across the main table. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets up to answer it. Our days involve a lot of looking at maps and trying to figure out where things like pipes and plants should go. It’s practical work, and sometimes it gets messy. We have a small crew and we’ve known each other for quite a while. We talk a lot about the weather because it affects everything we do out in the field. If it’s raining, things slow down; if it’s too hot, we have to change the schedule. The office walls have some old photos of projects we finished years ago, but we don't spend much time looking at them. We’re usually too focused on whatever is on the desk right now. It’s a simple operation, run by people who don’t mind getting their hands dirty and who prefer being outside rather than sitting under fluorescent lights all day long. We just get on with it and see how the day goes.
