We are based over in Malviya Nagar, specifically at 6, Durga Vihar on Pardhan Marg. Landmark Buildestates Pvt Ltd is a local construction and real estate company. We’ve been involved in putting up buildings and handling land around Jaipur for some time now. Our office isn't some glass tower; it's just a regular building where we handle our paperwork and meet with contractors. Most of our day involves checking on various sites, making sure the materials arrived, and seeing that the walls are going up straight. It’s a lot of coordination between different people, which can get a bit stressful when things don't go exactly as planned. We deal with residential plots and building projects mostly. We don't use fancy sales pitches or try to hide anything. We just show people what we have available or what we are currently building. Building things in a city like Jaipur has its own set of challenges, from the summer heat to finding reliable labor. We’ve had our share of rainy days that stopped work and trucks that broke down, but we just keep moving forward. We aren't a giant corporation where you can't talk to the person in charge. We’re right here in the office most mornings before we head out to the sites for the rest of the day. We just try to build decent structures that will last. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps us busy.
