Ladiwala Enterprises

Our shop is at 1919 Ladiwala Street in the Chaura Rasta area. The street is actually named after the family, so we have been around this part of town for a very long time. It is a traditional part of the city, and the building we are in really reflects that history. Ladiwala Enterprises is a family-run thing, and you can tell that just by how the place looks when you walk in. There are old wooden shelves and stacks of items reaching all the way up to the ceiling. We do not have a fancy computer system for everything; a lot of the work is still done in paper ledgers or just kept in our heads. The street outside is always full of shoppers, tourists, and rickshaws. It gets very loud during the day, but we really like the energy of the crowd. We spend our days talking to customers and sorting through our inventory. It is a simple way of doing business, the same way it has been done here for generations. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. If you need something specific, you just come in and ask us. We try to be helpful and keep things honest with everyone. Some days are slow, and we just sit and watch the world go by. It is a way of life for us more than just a job.
