LABH PROPERTIES LLP is over at Plot Number 68 in Sector 9. We are located in Rathore Chamber, which is right on National Highway 8/A. Being on the highway makes it easy for people to find us, though the noise can be a bit much in the afternoons. Our office in the chamber is pretty simple. We’ve got our desks, a cupboard for all the files, and a small area where we can sit and talk with clients. We’ve been here for a few years now. Most of our team has lived in this area for a long time, so we’ve seen the changes along the highway. We deal with all sorts of property matters. It’s not always exciting, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just show up in the morning, check our messages, and get to work. Sometimes we have to go out to look at plots, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We just leave a note on the door for anyone who stops by. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the other people in Rathore Chamber well. We often grab tea together or talk about how the market is moving. It’s a steady life. We aren't looking to become some huge corporation with offices everywhere. We just want to keep doing what we’re doing right here in Sector 9.
