Kumar Electronics

Kumar Electronics has been sitting here in Sector 10, Pratap Nagar for a good number of years. My father actually started this whole thing, and I just sort of took over when I got older. We sell all kinds of stuff like televisions, washing machines, and those little kitchen mixers that everyone seems to need. The shop isn't the biggest in Pratap Nagar, but we pack a lot into the space we have. Sometimes it’s hard to walk down the aisles without bumping into a fridge or a box. We know most of the people who live around here by their first names. It’s that kind of neighborhood. If someone’s heater stops working in the winter, they usually come find us. We don't do those big flashy sales you see on TV. We just put a fair price on things and talk to people like they're our neighbors, because they are. Sector 10 is a nice place to work. It gets busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We usually stay open a bit later then. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we're stuck moving heavy boxes in the dark, but that's just how it goes. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us here in the shop, making sure the lights stay on and the customers get what they need for their homes.
