Krisna Real Estate

Out here at Sirsi Road Jarkand Mode, we've got our little office for Krisna Real Estate. It's a busy spot with all the trucks and traffic passing by. We started this because we saw how much this specific area was growing. Mostly we deal with plots and local houses for families. It’s not one of those big corporate offices with fancy coffee machines. Just some old desks and a couple of chairs for whoever stops by to have a chat. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones or driving out to show people different spots around Jarkand Mode. Dealing with land can be real tricky with all the different papers and signatures you need from the authorities. We try to keep track of it all so things don't get stuck for months. Sometimes it's dead quiet, then suddenly three people walk in at once wanting to sell their family land. We know the local owners and the history of some of these plots, which helps. It’s better to be right here on the ground instead of in some far-off city office. The weather gets really hot in the afternoon, but we usually have the fan going. We've seen a lot of changes on Sirsi Road recently. New shops and small homes are going up everywhere you look. We just keep doing our thing, helping neighbors and newcomers find their way through the local real estate maze without too much fuss.
