We are located at 70 Janpath Road in Nirman Nagar. It’s pretty easy to find since we are right opposite the Indian Marriage Garden. During wedding season, it gets very lively around here with all the music and guests, which makes for an interesting workday. Our focus is on land and colonizing projects. It involves a lot of walking around outside and looking at empty lots. We spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to organize how a piece of land will eventually look. It’s a slow process sometimes, dealing with all the steps required to get things ready for building. We are just a local group of people trying to make things work. We don't have a polished front office or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and maps pinned to the walls. We’ve been in Nirman Nagar for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. Every project has its own set of headaches, from drainage issues to paperwork delays, but we just push through them. We aren't here to give anyone a sales pitch. We just show what we have and let the work speak for itself. It’s a practical business, and we try to keep our feet on the ground. Most days we are just busy keeping things on track. If the office is empty, we are probably out on the road checking a site or meeting a contractor. We take things as they come and don't worry too much about being fancy.
