Krishna Properties & Colonizers

We are Krishna Properties & Colonizers and we work out of Mansarovar on New Sanganer Road. Our place is near the Radhaswami Nursery which is quite a nice landmark because of all the green plants. It makes the air feel a bit fresher when the wind blows from that direction. We deal with a lot of land and colony stuff here. The office is just a plain room where we keep our maps and records. It’s not a very big operation but we stay busy with the local projects. New Sanganer Road is a main path for many people so we get a lot of walk-ins. We usually start the day with some tea and a look at what needs to be done. It’s a casual environment where we don't worry about being too formal. If someone comes in, we just talk to them like a neighbor. The building we are in is simple and easy to spot. We’ve been around this part of Mansarovar for a good bit now. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit but we just manage. It’s a real job with real people doing the best they can with what they have. We like being near the nursery because it’s a quiet corner compared to the rest of the busy road. It keeps the atmosphere a bit more relaxed for everyone who stops by to chat.
