Our office is located at 29 Ganga Colony, right off Khatipura Road here in Jaipur. It’s a pretty straightforward place to find if you are in this part of the city. We’ve been operating Komal Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. out of this house for a few years now. It isn't a high-rise office or anything like that, just a regular building in a residential colony. We have a few rooms set up for our desks and a small area where we can sit and talk with people. Most of our work involves managing construction projects around Jaipur, so this is our home base for all the paperwork and planning. The street outside can get a little dusty and noisy, especially with the Jaipur heat, but we have a few fans going to keep things comfortable enough to work. We are a small team and we all know each other well. There is no corporate ladder here; we just all pitch in to get the work done. We usually have people dropping by to ask about plots or construction status, and we just talk to them like neighbors. We keep our records in big steel cabinets and spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The neighborhood is friendly and we like being part of the local community on Khatipura Road. We've lived and worked around here for a long time and know the area well.
