Our office at B-123 on Road No. 9A in the Vki Area is usually pretty busy from the moment we open up. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always noise from trucks and machines nearby. At Romesh Power Products Private Limited, we are used to the dust and the constant movement of the area. We also have a presence over at 203 Tikkarnal Lane in Kishanpole Bazar, which is a completely different vibe. That area is much tighter, with narrow lanes and people everywhere. It’s a lot of running back and forth between the two spots sometimes. We deal with power products, so there’s always something heavy being moved or a technical manual being looked over. The desks are covered in papers and spare parts most of the time. We don’t spend much on decorating the place because we are mostly focused on the orders coming in. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but nobody really notices it anymore. It’s a straightforward operation. We have a small kettle for making tea during the breaks, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. People around here know us by name, and we know the delivery drivers who come through the Vki gates every day. It is just a regular workplace where everyone knows what they need to do to get through the daily list of tasks.
