Our office for Khushi Propmart Pvt Ltd is at 234 Gopalpura, right in the Muktanand Nagar area near the bypass. Being near the bypass means it gets pretty noisy with the trucks and cars going by all day, but it makes it easy for people to reach us from different parts of the city. We deal with property and real estate around here. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office, looking at maps, and talking on the phone with people who want to buy or sell something. There is always some paperwork to finish or a site to go see nearby. Muktanand Nagar is a busy spot, and things are changing here quite a lot lately. We’ve seen many new buildings go up since we started. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s more like a small group of people who know the local area well. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone who walks in. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files and documents, but we know where everything is. It’s just a normal workplace. Most of our day is spent helping folks figure out where they want to live or invest their money. We don't use any fancy sales tricks. We just show what’s available on the market and let people decide. It’s a practical way of doing things, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
