Our office for Khushi Propmart Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Muktanand Nagar. We’re right near Pooja Tower, which most people know if they live around the Gopalpura Byepass. It’s a busy part of town but our spot stays relatively quiet most days. We also handle Arundev Holiday Home from here. We started this because we saw a lot of people looking for places to stay or invest in. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving back and forth across the bypass. The traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, especially near the tower at rush hour. Inside, we’ve got some files and maps spread out on the table. We aren’t really into those big glossy brochures or anything. We’d rather just show someone a place and let them decide for themselves. It’s about being practical. We know the Muktanand Nagar streets inside out. If you walk past 234, you’ll probably see one of us outside grabbing a snack or talking to a neighbor. We treat this like a neighborhood business because that’s what it is. Dealing with holiday homes is a bit different from regular rentals, but we’ve figured it out over time. There’s always something to fix or a paper to sign. We don’t try to sound like a big chain. We’re just Khushi Propmart, working out of a decent office near the bypass. It works for us and the locals who come by.
