Khushhal India Nidhi Limited is right here in Mundawar, tucked away in the VPO area. Most people know the place as being with Punam Devi and her husband Dinesh Kumar. It’s a quiet part of Alwar, but things get busy enough during the day. We’ve been set up here for a bit now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room where people can come in and sit down. Usually, the fan is humming because Alwar gets so hot in the summer months. You can see the main road from the window. We spend a lot of time just talking to neighbors who stop by to ask questions or just say hello. It feels more like a house than a big office building. Sometimes the kids from the village are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but that’s just how it is here. We keep a stash of registers and some old chairs for anyone who needs to wait. There’s no big sign with flashing lights, just our name on the wall so people know they’ve found the right spot. Working in a small place like Mundawar means you know just about everyone by their first name. We try to keep things simple. No one here wears a suit. We just come in, open the shutters, and get to work. It’s practical and it works for us.
