Our office, Khandelwal Real Estate, is located at F-115 in the Dhan Shree Tower. This is right in the VKIA Central Spine area. Because we are in an industrial zone, our work is a bit different than a regular neighborhood office. We see a lot of trucks and workers every day. Dhan Shree Tower is a busy building, and we have been in F-115 for quite some time. We handle commercial spaces and some residential ones too. It is just a regular office with a couple of chairs and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. We do not spend money on big advertisements or polished brochures. Most of the people who come to see us are already working in VKIA or have heard about us from a friend. We know the Central Spine very well. We can tell you which buildings have good power and which ones are easy to get to. We just give people the facts. Buying or renting property here is a big step for any business owner, so we do not rush anyone. We sit down, talk about the budget, and show the options. It is steady work that we enjoy. We like being part of the industrial community here in VKIA. It is loud and busy, but it is where we belong. We keep our door open for anyone who needs help with property.
