Khandelwal Properties

Khandelwal Properties is located at G-37 Vidhyadhar Nagar in the Tulip Enclave area, right by the Central Spine. Our office is a small spot in a very busy part of town. If you know the Central Spine, you know how much activity is always going on there. We have been working out of G-37 for a good number of years. It is a simple setup where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for a shop or a flat in Vidhyadhar Nagar. We do not have a big team of marketing people. It is just a couple of us who know the local streets and who owns what. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking over property papers. People come to us because they want a straight answer about what a place is worth. We do not use any fancy software to tell us that. We just use what we have learned from being in Tulip Enclave every day. The Central Spine is the heart of this area, and we are right in the middle of it. We see the changes happening every week. We just try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We are just local people helping other local people find their way around the market.
