Khandelwal Paints & Chemical is tucked away at Flat No. 14 on Sansar Chand Road. We are in the Dudu Bagh area, right near Loha Mandi. If you know the Loha Mandi market, you know how busy and crowded it gets with all the steel and iron trade happening nearby. Our office is in an older building, and it has a lot of character, even if the walls could use a bit of a touch-up. We’ve been here for years, dealing with paints and various chemicals. It’s a very local feel here. We know the tea seller downstairs and the other shop owners on Sansar Chand Road. Our workspace is filled with old ledgers, cans, and the smell of various products we handle. It’s not a modern, sterile environment at all. It’s a place where work actually happens. We spend our time talking to suppliers and local contractors who need things for their projects. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear on the phone, but we just shout a little louder. We don’t have any fancy titles here; we all just pitch in where needed. It’s a simple, straightforward way to run a business. We stay focused on what’s right in front of us and try to keep things moving along without making things too complicated for ourselves or anyone else who visits us here.
