You can find our office at Number 8, Bhanwar Vatika, which is located on Benad Road in Jhotwara, Jaipur. We are currently set up at Durga Prasad’s place. It’s a good location because it’s easy for people in Jhotwara to reach us without having to fight too much traffic. The office is a simple one, nothing like those big glass buildings you see downtown. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of folders where we keep all the member records. We mostly focus on helping local folks with their savings and small loans, keeping everything very local and manageable. We aren't a big corporation, so you won't find any polished sales talk or complicated contracts here. We just explain things in plain English and help people fill out the forms they need. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the days, though it can get a bit busy at the start of the month. We don't have a dedicated receptionist, so whoever is free usually just gets up to help when someone walks in. Benad Road can be quite noisy with all the trucks and cars, but inside Bhanwar Vatika, it stays relatively quiet. We’ve been doing this for a while now and most of our new members come to us because their neighbors told them about us. It’s a steady, honest business and we are happy to keep it that way for the long run.
