Khagol Leather Crafts

We started Khagol Leather Crafts quite a while ago. Our place is at 311 Nirban Bhawan Shyampuri Hida Ki Mori. Most people just know the Ramganj Bazar area well enough to find us. It's a busy spot but we like it here. We spend most of our days working with different types of leather. There is always a lot of dust and the smell of glue in the shop. We make things by hand usually. Sometimes the machines act up so we just do it the old way. It isn't a fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a workspace with tools scattered around. People walk in and ask if we can fix things or make something specific. We say yes if we have the time and the right materials on the shelf. My cousin helps out when it gets busy. We don't really have a big staff. The building itself is old. You have to watch your step coming in. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon but we keep working by the window light. Ramganj Bazar is a good place for this kind of work because everything we need is nearby. We just keep our heads down and get the orders done. It’s a simple life. We don't do much advertising because folks around here already know where we are. If you need to find us, just look for the sign near the Hida Ki Mori crossing. It's been there for years. We just keep at it.
