We've been at E 44 in Lal Bahadur Nagar for a bit now. Ramjipura is a busy spot, and being right on JLN Marg means there's always something going on outside the door. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get our work done every day. People stop by to ask about plots or houses in the area. Sometimes it's quiet, other times the phone won't stop ringing. We just try to keep up with everything. Most of the folks here have lived in Jaipur for years, so we know the streets pretty well. It's not like those big corporate offices you see in the movies. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a tea kettle that's almost always running. If you're walking down JLN Marg, you've probably passed us a dozen times without thinking much of it. We deal with property stuff, mostly just helping people figure out what's available nearby. It gets hot in the summer, but the fan keeps things moving. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the paperwork and talking to whoever walks in. It’s a basic operation here at Kgk Properties (India) Llp. No one wears a suit unless they really have to for a meeting. We just like to keep things simple and get the job done without making a big fuss about it. That’s how we’ve always done it.
