Key Property

We have been running things from the ground floor here at Narain Singh Circle for a good while now. It is a busy spot, and there is always something going on outside the window. Most days, someone from the neighborhood pops in just to ask about a price or see what is available nearby. We do not have a big fancy setup at Key Property, just a couple of desks and some old files. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but it is a convenient place for people to stop by. Sometimes the tea guy comes around twice a morning, and that is usually when we get the most work done. We know the streets around here pretty well because we spend a lot of time walking them to check on different plots and buildings. It is not always exciting work, mostly just paperwork and phone calls, but it keeps us busy. People know us as the local spot for property stuff in this part of town. We try to keep things straightforward and honest when we talk to anyone who walks in. If we do not know an answer, we usually just say so and try to find out. The office is small but it works for what we need to do. We like being on the ground floor because it makes it easier for older folks to come in without dealing with stairs. It is just a normal day-to-day business here, and we do not have any big plans to change things. We just like how the office works for us and the people around the circle.
