Kerala Travel Solutions

Kerala Travel Solutions is located in the Pithru Smruthi Bldg on Queens Road. This is right in the Pink City area of Jaipur, so we are surrounded by a lot of history and busy streets. The name of the business might make you think of the south, but we’ve been here in Rajasthan for quite a while. Our office is up a flight of stairs and it’s a fairly basic setup. We have desks that have seen better days and a few computers that we use to manage everything. Most of the work is about coordinating between people here and hotels or transport services elsewhere. It involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't a massive agency with a big budget for ads. We just run a small shop where we talk to people and help them figure out their trips. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or follow a strict corporate manual. We just work through the tasks that come our way. Queens Road can be quite loud with all the horns and people, but inside the Pithru Smruthi building, we just focus on the files and the phone calls. We try to be practical about what can be done and what can't. It’s just a regular local business where we put in the time every day to get the travel details sorted out.
