KATARIYA ESTATES LLP is located at 126, Keshav Vihar. We are situated near the Riddhi Siddhi area, right by the Gopalpura Bypass. Being near the bypass means there’s a lot of movement around us. We see trucks and cars going by all day long. Our office is a straightforward place. We have a few desks, some chairs for people to wait, and a map of the city on the wall. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s just where we do our business. Most of our work involves helping people with property on this side of town. We know the streets around here pretty well. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny brochures. If someone needs help, they usually hear about us from a friend or see our sign when they’re driving past. It’s a small operation. We do our own filing and answer our own phones. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several people show up at once, but we manage somehow. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to help folks find a good piece of land or a house. It’s practical work. We like being near the bypass because it makes it easy for us to get to different sites quickly. It’s a good spot for what we do, and we’ve made a lot of friends in Keshav Vihar over the years. We just keep things simple and honest.
