Our office is at Plot No. 01 in Tagor Nagar, right off Ajmer Road here in Jaipur. It’s a busy spot because of the main road. You can hear the trucks and cars all day long. We have a small space where we manage the Nidhi operations. Mostly it’s just helping neighbors with their savings. We aren't a big bank with glass buildings. It’s just a regular office with some wooden tables and a few computers. We have some files that are a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The team is just a few of us from the local area. We’ve been here at this location for a while now. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just sit and chat while waiting for the pages to load. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just tell people what we do when they walk in. It’s a practical way to run things. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather or the traffic on Ajmer Road. It’s a very normal place to work. If you are around Tagor Nagar, you can see our office right there at the start of the street. We try to be here every day except Sundays and holidays. Sometimes our family members come by to drop off lunch, and we all eat together in the back room.
