Kapoor Imaging Pvt. Ltd. is located at C-137, Phase I in the Naraina Industrial Area. If you have ever been to Naraina, you know it is a maze of small factories and trading houses. Our place is right in the thick of it. We deal with imaging and printing supplies, so our space is usually full of toner cartridges, paper rolls, and different kinds of spare parts. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially when a new shipment arrives and we have to find space for all the boxes. The office itself is just a small corner with a couple of computers and a phone that rings more often than it should. We have been here for years, and we know most of the other business owners on this block. There is a lot of dust because of all the trucks moving through the industrial area, so we are constantly wiping down the counters. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just provide the supplies that people need to keep their own offices running. It's a simple operation. We take the orders, pack them up, and send them out. Sometimes we have a cup of tea with a customer who stops by, but mostly we are just busy getting things ready for delivery. It is a noisy, busy, and sometimes messy place, but it works for us.
