Kapil Associates

Kapil Associates is located over at 4/357 in the Vkia area which puts us pretty close to Vidyadhar Nagar. Being in an industrial zone means we deal with a lot of different kinds of people every day. The office is easy to find if you know the main roads around here. We started this place because we saw how much confusion there was with finding the right spots for work or living in this side of the city. We aren’t a big corporation with dozens of staff members, it is just a small team of us who know the local lanes well. We spend a lot of our time checking out different sites and making sure we have the right info before we tell anyone anything. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer here but we stay at our desks making calls and keeping track of what is moving in the market. It is mostly practical work and we don’t use any big words to explain things. We just tell it like it is. Some days are busier than others especially when things are picking up in the nearby sectors. People often find us by word of mouth or because they were driving through Vkia and saw where we are. We like it that way because it keeps things more personal and less like a cold business transaction. That is just the way we like to work and it seems to suit us fine.
