Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd ( Paint )

Our office is in Jaipur, right on the Gopalpura Bypass at Shree Gopal Nagar, House No. 300A. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and houses around. We deal with the paint side of the business here at Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd (Paint). Usually, the office is filled with the smell of paint samples and a lot of charts. We have guys here with a few years of sales experience who know how to talk to the local painters and homeowners. Jaipur is beautiful but the sun really beats down on the buildings, so people are always looking for good paint to protect their walls. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s more of a local store feel where people come in to discuss colors. Sometimes we are short-handed, and everyone has to pitch in to move the tins around. The bypass is always noisy with trucks, which is good for business but a bit loud for us. We don't put on any acts or use marketing scripts. We just tell people what we have in stock and what the price is. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve got a mix of people working here, some with degrees and some who just know the trade from experience. We spend our days answering the phone and checking the shelves. It’s a regular job in a sunny city, and we just try to keep things running smoothly without much fuss or any fancy talk and it works for us.
