This location in Sanjay Nagar is where a lot of the heavy lifting happens. We are at B26, and it’s a spot that has seen a lot of change over the years. Jaipur is growing fast, but inside our walls, things feel pretty much the same as they did ten years ago. We have a solid group of workers who know exactly what they are doing with a piece of steel. It’s not a quiet job, and your ears might ring a bit after a few hours, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. We aren't big on meetings or fancy reports. Most of our decisions are made right there on the shop floor while looking at a chassis. It’s practical work. We deal with all sorts of people, from truck drivers to small business owners. Everyone gets treated the same way. We have had some tough days when parts don't arrive on time or the weather is too much, but we manage. There is a sense of pride when a finished job rolls out of the gate, even if we don't say it out loud. It’s just about being reliable in our own way. We keep our heads down and stay busy. That’s the Sanjay Nagar way for us. We don’t need anything more than a steady stream of work and a few good people to get it done.
